Personalized Coaching & Workplace Wellness Expertise.

Bridging personal wellness and workplace systems to advance health, safety, and well-being at every level.

Perfect on paper, but completely overwhelmed…

Sound familiar?

You’ve always been a go-getter and have worked hard to achieve your goals. From excelling in school to landing an excellent job, you’ve always been an ambitious high performer.

You’re also the one everyone counts on — at work, at home, in your community. And from the outside, it looks like you’ve got it all together: a meaningful career, a full life, plenty to be grateful for.

But inside, you’re struggling. Chronic stress is catching up to you. Boundaries feel hard. You’ve lost touch with your needs — and maybe even with yourself.

You want to feel healthy again, in every sense of the word. But between the mental load, emotional labor, and pressure to keep it all together, it’s hard to know where to start.

That’s okay. You don’t have to do it alone.

I help high-achievers rebuild their foundation, restore balance, and create space to actually feel good again.

Supporting individuals must include addressing the systems they work within.

That’s why I also work with organizations. Whether you're a leader looking to prevent burnout, improve retention, or build a culture of health and safety, I can help. I partner with organizations to bring the Total Worker Health® approach to life — offering workshops, consulting, and strategic support to improve the health and sustainability of your workplace. Because when your people thrive, your organization does too.

Welcome!

I’m Amy Schamberg

I do what I do because I’ve been where you are.

After nearly 15 years in public education and mental health, I’ve seen the same patterns over and over: High-achieving, mission-driven professionals pushing through chronic stress, running on empty, and unsure how to make things more sustainable — for themselves or their teams.

I’ve lived it too. Multiple cycles of burnout led me to reexamine everything — not just how I worked, but the systems we work within. That’s what drew me to the Total Worker Health® approach, and I now hold advanced training through the Colorado School of Public Health, where I learned how to create safer, healthier, more supportive workplaces from both the individual and organizational levels.

Today, I bring this dual lens to my work — helping individuals rebuild their foundation through personalized health and wellness coaching, and helping workplaces implement research-based strategies that support staff health, safety, and well-being.

Because when we address the root causes of stress and burnout, real change becomes possible — for people, and for the systems they work in.

Q: What is a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and why does it matter?

This is such an important question, i’m so glad you asked!

A nationally board certified health and wellness coach is a professional who has obtained certification from a recognized national board, indicating they have met specific standards of education, training, competence and professionalism in the field of health coaching.

You can learn more by visiting the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching’s website.

Q: What is Total Worker Health, and why should organizations care about it?

great Question - one more business leaders are asing every day.

Total Worker Health® (TWH) is an evidence-based framework developed by the CDC’s National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). It integrates occupational safety and health protection with policies, programs, and practices that enhance worker engagement, reduce health risks, and improve organizational performance.

Unlike one-off wellness initiatives, TWH focuses on the conditions of work — identifying systemic factors that drive burnout, turnover, and productivity loss. By proactively addressing these factors, organizations can reduce risk, improve retention, and align health and safety strategies with business outcomes.

You can learn more at NIOSH’s Total Worker Health® page.
