  • Our time together is a confidential and judgment-free zone where you are safe to share your deepest struggles and biggest dreams. I help you gain clarity around your goals, then guide you through a process of self-discovery as you anchor your why to what’s most important in you life. Along the way, I’ll provide you with tips, tools and resources to facilitate the changes needed to reach your goals.

  • There are many puzzle pieces involved when bringing life back into balance, and you’ll be spinning your wheels for the long haul unless you find and address the root causes of your current challenges. So together, we’ll uncover those causes, and create a focused action plan to restore balance to your body, your mind, and your life.

  • My coach approach is based on the evidence-based principles of functional medicine, positive psychology, and cognitive behavioral therapy. As a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and School Psychologist, I’m experienced and qualified in helping people apply these techniques, work through challenges, and build on successes to keep moving forward.

The interdependent Dimensions of wellness

The Fundamentals of Balanced Wellness

In Functional Medicine, wellness is made up of multiple dimensions. These dimensions are interdependent—which means they rely on each other. If one dimension is out of balance, the other dimensions will be, too. In order to feel our best, we need to address each of them.
