Organizational Development Consultation: Sample Project

The Town of Bennett participated in an Organizational Development Consultation to identify areas of growth within their organization. A needs assessment was completed and two consultation meetings took place in order to determine specific goals. Evidence-based interventions were then researched and presented to the client during a final consultation.
